Two former CMs, political rivals share light moment

Bharatiya Janata Party and Shiv Sena, the two strong Hindutva parties have been allies in Maharashtra for a long time. Both parties parted ways after the 2019 polls and turned enemies. The political picture in the state changed with the fight between the two parties. Shiv Sena lost power and party chief Uddhav Thackeray lost his CM Post.

Uddhav's faction of Shiv Sena and Eknath Shinde's faction of the party are fighting over control over the party and election symbol. The Election Commission allotted the party's name and symbol for Maharashtra Eknath Shinde's faction.

Amid this, an interesting scene happened as former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and former Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray had a friendly moment and were spotted happily having a conversation, the pictures and videos of the duo are all over social media.

The two Chief Ministers, who are now political rivals sharing a light moment, caught everyone's attention. Given the rivalry between them, many can't think that they would share such a moment. But that happened and not just common people, even the political circles are discussing the unexpected development that shocked one and all.

The unexpected moment happened at the Maharashtra Vidhan Bhavan. An event was held at the house. As Uddhav Thackeray is a Member of the Legislative Council (MLC), he was present there and Devendra Fadnavis visited the house in the position of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister.

The attendees of the Marathi Language department event did not expect that they would see the two former Chief Ministers having a light moment.
