Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took many groundbreaking decisions during his stay in the CMO. The bulldozer model is one such decision. To stop the miscreants from attacking public properties, he came up with the idea to bulldoze the properties of the miscreants. People call him Bulldozer Baba. His Bulldozer idea spread to many other states.
One of the richest states in India, Maharashtra joined the list of states that used the Bulldozer model. To deal with the illegal construction of a religious place, the government demolished it. The civic body authorities demolished the structure in the presence of concerned Police.
Going into details, a Dargah is believed to have been built on encroached land and that was demolished by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). The Dargah is located in the Mahim area of Mumbai. Bulldozer reached the spot and brought down the structure. Police personnel were also present at the spot.
Raj Thackeray, who comes from the Thackeray clan, said that an illegal Dargah is in the Mahim area. The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief said that the Dragah is an enriched one and gave a warning that if the government won't act on it, the body will go for protests.
"If the illegal construction is not demolished immediately, then we would construct a huge Ganpati temple at the same place," the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena said on Twitter sharing a video of the site.
After the body gave the warning, the Maharashtra government swung into action and demolished the Dargah. The Mumbai civic body demolished the structure and cleared the ruins.
