Whopping Prize For Theatrical Rights Of 'Salaar'!

After a staggering hit like 'Baahubali 1 & 2', Prabhas is struggling to impress the audience. His pan-Indian films like 'Saaho' and 'Radhe Shyam' ended up as disappointments but his big line-up of films is giving confidence to his fans that the 'Chatrapati' hero will be making his comeback soon. One of his upcoming projects is 'Salaar'.

The expectations of Prabhas' upcoming film 'Salaar' have skyrocketed after 'KGF – 2' became a huge success. Prasanth Neel floored everyone with his brilliant taking. Every film lover is eager to see a macho action star like Prabhas doing some high-voltage action sequences under Neel's direction. The movie is hitting the screens on 28th September 2023 and the entire team is working hard to finish the production works on time.

Recent stills from the location too went viral on social media. The latest we hear is that the theatrical rights of 'Salaar' being valued at 100 crores. This is not the two states combined but just for Andhra Pradesh alone. Though the deal is not done yet, buyers are willing to pay such a hefty price in order to get the theatrical rights of this massive project. We need to wait till the official report comes out but such a huge number for a single state despite two huge flops earlier shows the craze of Prabhas.

Shruti Hassan is the female lead in this film while Ravi Basrur is composing the music. Homebale Films are bankrolling this project. The other technical team includes Ujwal Kulkarni, Karthik, Ramarao, Anbariv, Bhuvan Gowda, Shiva Kumar and others. Jagapathi Babu is playing a key role in this movie and so is Malayalam star hero Prithviraj Sukumaran.

While 'Adipurush' will arrive on June 16th, 'Salaar' is coming out on 28th September. 'Project K' and 'Raja Deluxe' are still in the making while Prabhas agreed to a movie with Sandeep Reddy Vanga which is titled 'Spirit'. Also, there is a talk that he may join hands with 'Pathaan' and 'War' director Siddharth Anand in 2024. Mythri Movie Makers are expected to bankroll this project.
