Ravi Teja Asking For Big Changes In The Script!

Simbu's thrilling time loop drama 'Maanadu' turned out to be a big hit during the time of its release. The Telugu version of this film is available on the OTT platform too. But the Telugu remake rights were sold and sources say that Mass Maharaj and Siddhu Jonnalagadda are going to feature in it. The original version was directed by Venkat Prabhu and Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the music for it.

Apparently, the 'Dhamaka' hero has suggested some big changes in the script. He reportedly told the writers to make sure that it is not a xerox copy of the original where STR is the hero while SJ Suriyah did the antagonist role. The 'Khushi' director did great in that movie and his performance was considered as the biggest highlight.

Playing such a character is going to be a tough task for Siddhu and Ravi Teja doing the hero role in such a film will also not make sense according to many. Going by the age, Ravi Teja is expected to play SJ Suriyah's role but going complete negative at a time when he is delivering 100+ crore films at the box office is not a good strategy.

This is why the production house reportedly brought some noted writers onboard and they are brainstorming ideas about how to present Ravi Teja in that role without going completely negative or overshadowing the other lead. Let us see if the writers come up with something that convinces Ravi Teja or not.
