Few More Get Notice From SIT In MLAs Poaching Row!

The alleged MLAs' Paoching row is a big controversy in the state today. Though the issue popped up a few weeks ago the political heat around the issue is not coming down. Not just that the case is going through a lot of twists and turns with each passing day.

For the past few days, a lot of suspense is going on about BL Santosh as he is not appearing before the SIT officials. After he failed to appear for the questioning, the High Court asked the SIT to serve another notice. It is also said that he was named as the accused in the case.

The latest update in the news as per the media reports is that the SIT served notices for five more people in connection with the case. The notices were served today and asked to appear before them for questioning.

Having served the notices to them, the SIT is also believed to have told them that if they fail to appear before them they might get arrested.

New names popping up in the case and the SIT serving them the notices has raised many eyeballs. Now we have to wait and see if the people who received the notices will appear before the investigating officers are not.

Another development is that the custody of the accused was extended till the 9th of next month. By the time the custody of the accused ends we might see more information coming out.

The current investigation is reportedly focused on unearthing the alleged links accused Ramachandra Bharathi with others. The other day reports said that the SIT served notice to Andhra Pradesh MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju in the case.

After reportedly finding pictures of Ramachandra Bharathi alias Satish Sharma with the MP the SIT sent notices to the legislator asking him to face the questions.

The case goes back a few weeks when the accused went in touch with four TRS MLAs. They were reportedly offered Rs 100 crores each to shift their loyalties to the BJP from TRS. But the MLAs informed the cops and the accused were arrested.
