Administrative Decentralization YCP's New Phrase For 3 Capitals?

If there is any issue that is controversial in Andhra Pradesh politics then it is surely the three capitals issue. No matter how hard the Amaravati farmers and opposition parties are fighting, the government is adamant about having three capitals. The farmers reportedly moved the Supreme Court against the government recently.

Amid this, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy made an indirect mention of the three capitals earlier today on the eve of Independence Day. Addressing the gathering Jagan said that there is a need for decentralization of administration and the government is on it.

It appears that the Andhra Pradesh government is using the new phrase for the three capitals. When the ruling party announced the three capitals proposal after coming to power, YCP said that the development should be decentralized, and that's why there should be three capitals.

On the same lines, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy spoke about administrative decentralization and how the government is working on that. Looks like the Andhra Pradesh government wants to have three capitals for the decentralization.

But the only change in the tone of the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister is that he spoke about three capitals without taking any names. Usually, CM Jagan doesn't shy away from speaking his heart out. But he took everyone by surprise by taking indirect references to three capitals.
