Tension Prevails in Vijayawada with TDP leader's Arrest!

The Casino row in Andhra Pradesh is a big development as far as the political spectrum is concerned. As a result of the incident, the leaders are indulging in a war of words. While the opposition parties are holding the government responsible for this, the ruling outfit is rubbishing all the allegations and rumors on the Casino incident.

The political heat in temple city Vijayawada increased at once after TDP leader Buddha Venkanna was arrested by the cops. An argument broke out between the cops and the TDP leaders while taking Buddha Venkanna into their custody. The TDP leader was shifted to the Vijayawada One Town Police Station.

The arrest was made after the Cops received a complaint against Buddha Venkanna on the grounds of making objectionable comments against Minister Kodali Nani and DGP over the Casino row. Unhappy with his comments, a complaint was lodged against him with the Cops.

It has to be noted that, recently Buddha Venkanna said that Kodali Nani should leave Dubai after TDP comes to power in the next elections as the TDP supporters will not let him leave. Holding him responsible for the comments he made, a complaint was filed, and was arrested by the Police.

Buddha Venkanna also alleged that a multi-crore amount was involved in the Casino and money to a tune of Rs 250 crore was involved and put the blame on Civil Supplies Minister Kodali Nani for the Casino set up.
