Dil Raju clears air on Vakeel Saab digital streaming

At the time when Power Star Pawan Kalyan's recent outing Vakeel Saab is having a good run at the box office, media reports are abuzz that Vakeel Sabb will be premiered on Amazon Prime in the last week of this month.

These media reports did not go well with Power Star fans and they are worried that, streaming on the OTT platform will hinder the movie collections of their matinee idol's comeback film.

Rubbishing these media reports, Producer Dil Raju gave a major sigh of relief to Power Star fans that the courtroom drama will not be streamed on the OTT platform till the movie completes 50 days at the theatres.

Taking to Twitter, Sri Venkateswara Creations has appealed to everyone to not believe the rumors on OTT streaming and urged everyone to enjoy the film on the big screen. Team Vakeel Saab asked everyone to wear masks and be safe.

“Don't believe in rumours. Watch #VakeelSaab in theatres and enjoy Powerstar @PawanKalyan's power-packed show on the big screen. Most importantly wear a mask and be safe! #SriramVenu," Sri Venkateswara Creations tweeted.

In a video, Dil Raju said the same and made it clear that until the courtroom drama completes 50 days of its theatrical run, it will not be streamed on any digital platform.

According to the media reports, Amazon Prime Video bagged the streaming rights of the Power Star starrer courtroom drama for a high price of Rs 30 crore.

Sriram Venu of MCA fame helmed Vakeel Saab, while Dil Raju bankrolled it. Vakeel Saab is an official remake of the Bollywood hit film Pink. Pawan Kalyan reprised Amitabh Bachchan's role in Vakeel Saab.
