Seven-term MP found dead at a hotel, investigation underway!

In a shocking turn of events, an Independent Lok Sabha member from Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Mohan Delkar was allegedly found dead in a hotel in Mumbai on Monday.

Reports claim that the incident raises the question of suicide angle and a suicide note was also found by the cops reportedly. The investigation is underway and more details are awaited.

The News Agency Press Trust of India(PTI) reported that the 58-year-old MP was found dead at a hotel in Mumbai. Mohan Delkar is a seven-term Lok Sabha member from the Union Territory.

Mohan Delkar is a Parliamentarian from Dadra and Nagar Haveli since 2004. In 2019, he bid goodbye to the Congress party and contested the polls as an independent candidate.

The Independent Parliamentarian has earlier served as a member of the Standing Committee on Personnel, Public Grievances, Law and Justice and member of the Consultative Committee, Ministry of Home Affairs.
