Police cases Registered Against Bandi Sanjay And Akbaruddin Owaisi

Ahead of the GHMC elections, State President of Bharatiya Janata Party of Telangana Bandi Sanjay Kumar and AIMIM floor leader Akbaruddin Owaisi faced a rude shock after a police case was registered against them.

The police cases were registered by the SR Nagar Police on the grounds of making provocative speeches while addressing the political campaign for their respective parties.

The cases against the leaders were registered under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) section 505 (with intent to incite any class or community or persons to commit any offence against any class or community)

The provocative speeches started with Bandi Sanjay offering to do a surgical strike in the old city to throw Rohingyas and Pakistanis residing in the region. This created a sensation across the Telugu states.

Akbaruddin Owaisi created a sensation by challenging the ruling TRS to demolish PV ghat and NTR ghat and called the ghats encroachments on the Hussain Sagar.

The cases against the leaders were registered a day after CM KCR directed the Hyd Commiosioner to deal with people who try to create communal violence with an iron fist.
