The Telangana High Court which heard a petition filed over Chief Minister KCR's health condition said it cannot entertain such sort of petitions and warned the petitioner too.
Going into details, petitioner Naveen, who gained popularity under the name Teenmar Mallanna moved the High Court to seek information about KCR’s health as he didn't make any public appearance in recent times.
The HC said the petitioner can file habeas corpus if CM KCR is not appearing in public and said the court cannot accept such political gimmicks. The Court said the petition cannot be heard on an urgent basis.
The petitioner maintained, many reports are surfacing about the health of CM KCR which resulted in the public getting curious about KCR’s health and requested the HC to order the government to release information of KCR's health.
This news did not go well with the ruling TRS party and they lashed out at the Opposition party for indulging in such political gimmicks and said what's the big deal in KCR making a public appearance.
