Is Shaurya and Avasarala's film shelved?

Actor Avasarala Srinivas is a man of many talents and writing beautiful films is one among them. He even held the megaphone and became successful. His debut directorial 'Oohalu Gusa Gusalaade' got good applause and there are fans for that film. Even his second directorial 'Jo Achyutananda' was a hit at the box-office.

The common factor in them was Naga Shaurya. He was the lead in both these films and considering him as his lucky charm, Avasarala roped him as a lead for his third film too. This film started off under the production of Sai Korrapati and after shooting some portions, the film came to a halt. The next schedule was planned abroad but it is being postponed from over a year. The latest we hear is that this movie is shelved altogether.

Apparently overshooting of the budget is the main reason for putting this project on hold as per sources. Also, Shourya is in continuous flops which affected his market. There are factors behind the stopping of this movie as per insiders.
