Strange Punishment For Chandrababu: He Has To Call His Junior 'Sir' Now!!

Chandrababu's troubles seem to have no end at all. One month ago, he was the king of all he surveyed. Today, he is out of power. His party is decimated. His MLAs are looking towards the BJP and the road-roller majority of the YSRCP leaves little score for manipulation for him.

But, that's not all. He is now facing the strangest possible predicament. He has to now address someone who is much junior to him politically and someone who left the TDP in 2004 protesting against his ways. Yes. With Tammineni Sitharam almost set to become the speaker, Chandrababu Naidu has to address him as sir. Time was when Tammineni used to wait for hours for an appointment with Chandrababu Naidu, who was then both the party chief and the chief minister. Today, he has to address him as sir and will have to obey his orders as Speaker.

Interestingly, Tammineni has not been a member of the house after 2004. He lost every time he had contested after 2004.

There is more!! He will be perhaps the only politician, who would be the Opposition leader to both the father and the son. He was the opposition leader when YSR was the chief minister. He would now be the leader of the opposition in Jagan regime. Adding insult to injury, it's the same Jagan was repeatedly insulted in the house and was called names by the TDP MLAs. So much of pain they had given to Jagan that he did not attend the assembly for the last one full year. Now, Chandrababu will have to address him as Chief Minister. Tough punishment indeed for Chandrababu.
