Actress Saira Khan of 'Kamasutra 3D' fame passed away due to cardiac arrest on Sunday. She was the one who replaced Sherlyn Chopra in the Bollywood Erotic Film which released in 2013.
'Kamasutra 3D' Director Rupesh Paul claimed to be shell shocked to know about the tragic news. He found the lack of media coverage for Saira Khan inspite of what has happened is very hurtful.
Rupesh Paul recalls it wasn't easy to convince Saira Khan who belongs to a conservative Muslim Family to sign 'Kamasutra 3D'. He feels Saira Khan took time to offer her consent but did complete justice to the character she essayed. 'It's mourning time. May her soul rest in peace,' he said.
'Kamasutra 3D' was screened at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival. However, Neither the film nor Saira Khan received much recognition.
