LV Subramanyam Shows He Is The Boss

AP chief secretary LV Subramanyam is showing what he can do to Chandrababu Naidu. The chief secretary, whom Chandrababu termed as a covert, is not taking kindly to Chandrababu's antics. He has issued directions to all government officials not to participate in any meetings or video or tele conferences called by Chandrababu Naidu as it would be a violation of the election code, which is still in force. He issued directives to the officials not to attend any meeting without his permission.

This comes after Chandrababu Naidu held a video-conference on capital city construction the other day and asked the officials to attend it. Since the code is in force till the day of the poll counting, they are not supposed to attend the meet. Yes, some chose to attend. LV Subramanyam, known to be a stickler to rules, issued notices to them.

In effect, he has told everyone concerned that he is the boss of the state and not Chandrababu Naidu. At least till May 23, he is the boss of the state and Chandrababu, at best, is a caretaker CM and cannot take any decision as the election code is still in force. LV Subramanyam is livid at Chandrababu referring to him as a covert of the YSRCP and has shown Chandrababu his place.
