Superstar Mahesh Babu and Trivikram Srinivas have joined hands once again after 12 years. Their combination has always given wonderful results and #SSMB28 has started with a lot of expectations on it. Earlier the team announced that the movie will be hitting the screens on 28th April 2023. The latest we hear is that the makers are aiming for 11th August 2023. Since Mahesh Babu's birthday is on the 9th of August, they are reportedly planning to make full use of it.

As we know, Pooja Hegde and Sreeleela are the heroines in this movie. Reports suggest that Jagapathi Babu is going to be seen as the main villain while Prakash Raj will be seen as Mahesh's father. Another top actor Murali Sharma is expected to be seen as Pooja Hegde's father in this movie. While these reports are yet to be confirmed, talk in tinsel town says that Trivikram has chosen Guntur to be the backdrop of this high-budget family entertainer.

None of Mahesh Babu's films had a Guntur backdrop till date and it will be interesting to see if this really happens or not. Let us wait for official news from the movie's unit.
