The star director took 2-3 stories penned by his father Vijayendra Prasad and narrated the same to Mahesh Babu but neither of them managed to impress Mahesh Babu. The star actor knows the potential and the capabilities of Rajamouli and he wants nothing but the very best from the seasoned filmmaker. He has asked Rajamouli to take his time and then come up with a winning story that can be mounted on a larger than life canvas. Rajamouli obliged to the same and he has asked his father to come up with the finest of stories that can be envisioned on a massive canvas. The latter is occupied with the same now.

Rajamouli is currently focused on RRR and he will be setting focus on Mahesh's film only after he is done with the post production of the Jr NTR and Ram Charan starrer. He wants to take some time off after completing RRR in order to rejuvenate himself and only then will he take Mahesh's film onto the floors. Meanwhile, there are also rumors claiming that Rajamouli is planning on working on a Bollywood project before he commence Mahesh's project. There is no reliable update in this regard though.

As for Mahesh Babu, he is very much excited about working with Rajamouli and he is waiting for the ace director to come up with a winning script before he takes the project onto the floors. Mor details about this project will be out next year.
