Why Pak Didn't Return Abhinandan's Gun?

Pakistan Authorities claimed they had returned IAF Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman with his belongings. However, They have only returned his Wrist Watch, Ring and Spectacles. What about the Pistol, Maps and Survival Kit?

After ejecting from MiG 21 Bison Aircraft, Abhinandan had used the pistol he had to prevent the locals in Pakistan from attacking him for sometime. He was even having few maps and a survival kit. The Pilot succeeded in destroying crucial evidence related to nation's security before being captured by Pakistan Army.

In the Taking Over Certificate, Pakistan named Abhinandan Varthaman as Prisoner of War and even allotted the number 27981. It's been mentioned that the belongings of the Wing Commander were returned though the crucial ones weren't given back.

When he was handed over to the Indian Authorities at the Wagah Border, Abhinandan Varthaman was dressed in civilian clothes and wasn't carrying anything in his hands. What Pakistan is going to do now with the Pistol?
