This is a shock that former minister and now BJP leader Adinarayana Reddy of Jammalamadugu could not brace for. His brothers, who have always stood by him all these days, are now ready to ditch him . They are now all set to join the YSRCP. If sources are to be believed, they are going to join the ruling YSRCP in the presence of none other than Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy himself.

The first indication that there were fissures in the Adinarayana Reddy family were available on Thursday when Reddy's brother and former MLC Devagudi Narayana Reddy praised YS Jagan's move to shift the judicial capital to Kurnool. This has cleared the air and indicated in no uncertain terms that he is ready to join the BJP. Now, sources close to Reddy revealed that he will join the party on December 23. Sources also said that Narayana Redddy, MLC Shivnath Reddy, brothers Ramanjayena Reddy, Jayarami Reddy, Sivanarayana Reddy, Gopal Reddy, Jammalamadugu former municipal chief Tatireddy Suryanarayana Reddy are also going to join the YSRCP.

The Reddy family is very powerful in Jammalamadugu politics and Adinarayana Reddy has always been with the Congress and then YSRCP. But, in the last assembly, he shifted to the Telugu Desam Party to become a minister. However, after losing in 2019 elections, Adinarayana Reddy joined the BJP. But, this was not supported by the other members of his family. They have now decided to teach him a lesson by deserting him.
