Star actress Deepika Padukone turned 34 yesterday and she won everybody's hearts by celebrating it with a bunch of acid attack survivors. Deepika along with her husband Ranveer Singh flew to Lucknow to celebrate with them. On her way, she happily agreed to cut the cake brought by her fan at the airport.


When every celebrity decides to throw a big bash on their birthday, Deepika chose a different path. With her upcoming film 'Chhappak' being based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal, Deepika decided to celebrate with her and other's who struggled the same way.


'Chhappak' is directed by Meghana Gulzar and was co-produced by Deepika Padukone. This soul-stirring film is hitting the screens on 9th January.
