Nagarjuna Akkineni is expected to star in an upcoming film with debutant director Solomon. This film is expected to be a cop drama. the upcoming film will be produced by the South Indian Megastar Nagarjuna Akkineni himself, under the banner of Annapurna Studios.

The film will see the Nagarjuna Akkineni essay a police officer's character for the third time. Nagarjuna Akkineni has previously played a police officer role in films like Officer and Sivamani. The character of the police officer is reportedly a very strong role. The film will have several young actors in prominent roles.

The film's action episodes will be handled by a team of international fight masters.  The regular shoot will commence next month. After the debacle of 'Manmadhudu 2'. Nagarjuna has decided to sign roles that don't lower his mage.
