The politics in Andhra Pradesh is taking twists and turns every moment. Unlikely alliances are being formed. New political developments are taking place at every step. Come January 16, the Jana Sena and the BJP will hold a key meeting at Amaravati on January 16 to discuss the ways and means to launch an agitation against the YSRCP government and its move to shift the capital from Amaravati to Vizag.

Both the parties will chalk out a strategy to launch joint agitations. Both the parties coming together is being keenly watched in the political circles. The pro-Amaravati protests are now spreading to districts like East and West Godavari and Prakasam districts. There is disquiet in Rayalaseema region too. In this backdrop, the coming together of Jana Sena and the BJP is being seen as an important development. The meeting follows Pawan Kalyan's recent Delhi visit where he met BjP national working president JP Nadda.

Meanwhile, BJP state chief Kanna Laxminarayana has categorically said that his party has been very consistent about the shifting of the capital from Amaravati and said that it would soon launch a massive agitational programm across the state.
