Voicing his opinion against the '3 Capitals' Proposal of YCP Government, The Former MP opined, 'Capital for a State is like a Head for Human Body. The secretariat has to be in the Capital region for smooth functioning. No one bothers even if the CM have 10 camp offices'.

Interestingly, JC suggested YS Jagan to establish Capital in Kadapa itself if CM isn't keen to continue Amaravati chosen by the previous Government. He added, 'Out of his own foolishness, Jagan went out of Congress. He is failing now as the CM of AP because of the same foolishness. By proposing 3 Capitals, This Person is just using caste and region cards to spread hatred among people'.

JC commented that Women in Rayalaseema are far better than the Men in Krishna and Guntur Districts. He made this statement while touring the Amaravati region during the Sankranthi season.
