JC Diwakar Reddy created a sensation by declaring that it was Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao who advised his AP Counterpart YS Jaganmohan Reddy to establish '3 Capitals' instead of one. He went on to say, 'Jagan showed his gratitude to his guru KCR, who helped him in the 2019 Elections, in this way. Reddy pocketed Rs 1,000 crore with just one deal'.

The Former MP toured Mandadam Village to extend his solidarity to farmers protesting against the '3 Capitals' proposal. JC opined YCP Government's '3 Capitals' proposal has been forcing Industrialists and Entrepreneurs to shift their business establishments to other states due to lack of confidence. He predicts, 'AP would become a burial ground if '3 Capitals' proposal wasn't withdrawn. Assembly, Secretariat and High Court has to remain at the same place for smooth functioning. This situation arised because of Jagan's hatred towards a community & Chandrababu Naidu. Kammas alone didn't buy lands in the capital region. Its unfair to do such things because of the hatred. YCP Leaders purchased vast portions of land in Visakhapatnam. Vijay Sai Reddy has been in the Port City since the past 7 months'.
