Telangana Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy attended the swearing-in ceremony of AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy on May 30th. And now, Congress MLA Jeevan Reddy alleged that Telangana Speaker was insulted in AP by violating the protocol. He complains Pocharam was made to sit in the 3rd row of the VIP Gallery inspite of being the Speaker.

The Senior Leader described it as an insult to all the Telanganites. He demanded the Speaker to resign taking responsibility for what has happened at the swearing-in ceremony. 'DMK Chief MK Stalin sat beside Jagan and Telangana CM at the ceremony. Is KCR unaware of the protocol?,' he questioned.

Jeevan Reddy, however, failed to answer whether AP Government has officially invited Telangana Speaker for the oath-taking ceremony or not. AP Officials are answerable if they sent an invitation to Pocharam just because of his position.

Actually, Protocol wasn't followed as Telangana Speaker hasn't received any invitation from the AP Government. Pocharam accompanied KCR when the Telangana CM went to Vijayawada for Jagan's swearing-in ceremony and hence allotment of seat was made in the VIP Gallery.

Pocharam need to keep the position of a Speaker in mind while attending any such ceremonies or meetings. He isn't an ordinary MLA anymore.
