Gel Rodriguez from Davao City in the Philippines decided to wear as many of her clothes as possible, claiming that as a multi-layered outfit. She wore clothes of 2.5 kg and posted a picture on Face book with three visible pairs of trousers and seven tops. The post went on viral, and she got 20,000 shares and 32,000 reactions. When she finally boarded the flight, the baggage weight was 6.5 kg, which was less than the limit.
This is not the first time that a passenger put on clothes to avoid the extra baggage fee. A video of a Scottish man putting on 15 shirts to reduce the baggage to Seven kg and the video went viral on social media.
