From 2014 to 2019, Then TDP Government borrowed loans amounting to Rs 1.90 lakh crore from various financial institutions. Nobody knows how such huge amount was utilized by the previous Government as records show only around Rs 5,000 crore were spent for Amaravati.

On Friday, Sub-Committee appointed by the YCP Government to unearth the corrupt practices of Chandrababu Naidu in the past 5 years has submitted its report to CM Jagan. The report was offered to the Chief Minister by Finance Minister Buggana in the Secretariat ahead of the cabinet meeting. The report include names of TDP Leaders who purchased lands in Amaravati through insider trading, Corruption in Irrigation Projects and Land allotments to various private players. Former Ministers Nara Lokesh, P Narayana and Prathipati Pulla Rao seems to have huge assets in the capital region. Sub-Committee took the support of Intelligence Wing and CID to prepare the report on corruption under TDP rule.

YCP Government is likely to forward the report prepared by the Sub-Committee to Centre for seeking CBI Probe against Chandrababu Naidu. This isn't a good sign for TDP Boss who claims nobody could sentence him to prison.
